1. Onboarding
Signup on OONBDS
Customers submit onboarding details and complete KYC verification. Assisted manager reviews and approves the request in accordance with government guidelines.

2. Fund Deposit
After price and quantity are confirmed by the Assisted, the customer makes payment only to OONBDS disclosed bank account .
Customers do not deposit or store funds or USDT with OONBDS.
3. Settlement
The Assisted transactions executes the confirmed USDT from OONBDS’s proprietary inventory and delivers USDT or INR directly to the customer’s verified wallet or bank account.
Terms & Eligibility
OONBDS operates a Principal USDT Assisted Transaction.
All Assisted Transaction USDT are executed using OONBDS’s own funds and proprietary inventory. OONBDS does not provide custodial wallets, does not hold customer funds or USDT, and does not operate as an exchange. USDT are settled strictly on a delivery-versus-payment basis.
If the agreed price is within acceptable market variance, the Assisted Transaction USDT is executed internally. For larger or illiquid orders, execution is completed through approved liquidity sources, while settlement is made from OONBDS’s proprietary inventory. Maximum Assisted Transaction USDT size is subject to internal risk limits and liquidity availability. Large USDT are executed directly from OONBDS proprietary inventory.Eligibility for Assisted Transaction USDT is subject to KYC and other requirements. All customers are onboarded in accordance with government guidelines, including transaction monitoring.For large-value Assisted Transactions, OONBDS may source liquidity through approved counterparties.
