After price and quantity are confirmed by the Assisted, the customer makes payment only to OONB DIGITAL SOLUTIONS PVT LTD disclosed bank account .
Customers do not deposit or store funds or USDT with OONBDS.
3. Settlement
The Principal USDT transactions executes the confirmed USDT from OONB DIGITAL SOLUTIONS PVT LTD proprietary inventory and delivers USDT or INR directly to the customer’s verified wallet or bank account.

Principal USDT Assisted Transaction – Terms & Eligibility
OONBDS operates a Principal USDT Assisted Transaction model. All USDT transactions are executed exclusively using OONBDS own funds and proprietary USDT inventory held in OONBDS-controlled wallets.
OONBDS does not act as an agent, does not operate an exchange, and does not source USDT from any third party. OONBDS does not provide custodial wallets and does not hold or custody customer funds or customer USDT at any time.
All transactions are settled strictly on a delivery-versus-payment (DVP) basis. USDT is transferred directly from OONBDS’s proprietary wallet to the customer’s designated wallet only after receipt of payment.
If the agreed transaction price is within acceptable market variance and internal risk limits, the transaction is fulfilled directly from OONBDS’s proprietary inventory. Transaction size is subject to internal limits, liquidity availability within OONBDS’s own inventory, and compliance checks.
Eligibility for Assisted Principal USDT Transactions is subject to KYC, AML, and transaction monitoring requirements, in accordance with applicable laws, including PMLA, FIU-IND guidelines, and VDA compliance requirements. All customers are onboarded and monitored as per applicable regulatory standards.
At no point does OONBDS hold, safeguard, pool, or manage customer funds or customer USDT. Any USDT held by OONBDS is solely its own proprietary inventory.
